Galvanized Steel Boat Docks

 

All our docks are custom crafted for your lifestyle.
A variety of unique designs and accessories and heavy duty construction of our boat docks present long-lasting and maintenance-free enjoyment. 		      

  

      The frame is built out of 14 gauge G90 electroplated Galvanized Steel C-Channel system.
Full 7 3/4" C-Channel stringers will be bolted inside the 8" side channels on 16" or 24" center depending on the span requirements for the different decking materials we offer.  

  

The roof construction is supported by 12 gauge 3" galvanized steel posts and 14 gauge 8" roof joists.
For gable and hip roofs we use 26 gauge roof panels with different color options.
Flat roofs are necessary for immediate or future installation of sundecks and are constructed with
22 gauge interlocking panels.
A roof overhang over the dock frame on the lake and shore side with gutters direct the water to 4 corners. 		     

 

     All our dock components are available as parts for complete boat dock kits for self-installation by our customers and as replacement parts.
